Code of Ethics

A common ethical understanding is the cornerstone of any long-term working relationship. The following is Blue Sky Management Group's set of ethical standards. We believe it is vitally necessary; it is the foundation to operate successfully. It is a serious matter, taken personally. We adhere to the following code of ethics in respect for our clients, candidates and industry colleagues.

Blue Sky Management Group will:

  • Accept only assignments we are capable of completing.
  • Disclose "conflicts of interest" and any limitations on sourcing candidates.
  • Maintain candidate and client confidentiality at all times.
  • Treat clients and candidates with respect, fairness and honesty.
  • Fully disclose information about company and opportunity to candidate.
  • Thoroughly evaluate and reference check candidates.
  • Objectively and accurately present candidate information to the client.
  • Reject candidates who provide false or misleading information.
  • Provide a placement guarantee appropriate with the position.
  • Promptly inform candidates of status and disposition of their candidacies.
